About the Mobtest
HOW TO READ THE MOBTESTÂ RESULTS
A test set-up purposely to measure the discomfort caused by occupational stress until arriving at a condition of mobbing.
The mobtest is made up by 103 items subdivided in 5 clinical scales and has been valid and made to use by the Faculty of Science of the Formation of the University of Florence (Italy). Here below are the scales:
Working conflict - mobbing risk     3 intervals of pathology
Anxiety       3 intervals of pathology
Depression      3 intervals of pathology
Personal perception - loss of self respect     2 intervals of pathology
Occupational disease   2 intervals of pathology
All scores in each single scale higher than the average is significant for the type of discomfort of the
person examined . Every single scale provides intervals of uneasiness, higher the valuation greater the suffering of the patient .The higher the number of the scales in question showing the level of
disturbance, greater the person suffers.
The test has two scales in order to control if the answers are sensible which confirms more or less
the validity of the exercise.
In each scale named ICA &Â ICO the subject must achieve at least 75% of sensible understanding.
Next to the results of the test and indicated in the brackets the intervals of gravity of disturb, where this appears ,followed by a more detailed analyse of a likely symptomatic manifestation
correlated at each single scale.
